LearnSummer Day Camps

Summer Day Camps

Sleep-away summer camps may not be an option, but with BC now in Phase 3, there are many available days camps open that will keep the kids active and engaged this summer. With improved safety protocols in place, it’s now safe for kids to play (from a social distance of course) at these day camps for kids that can be found throughout the Lower Mainland. From art, to biking, to exploring the outdoors, these camps are taking the right steps to make summer safe and fun for all.

Pedalheads Day Camps

Pedalheads has always been committed to giving kids active, outdoor experiences and providing jobs for local youth, and 2020 is no different – just a bit more challenging. They have developed a plan for their programs that is as low a risk as possible, in a way that is safe and healthy for everyone.

While their camps are still on, things will look a little different this year. To ensure the safety of their campers, including smaller class groups, staggered snack breaks, enhanced hand washing protocols and equipment cleaning procedures, regular health checks of staff, and contactless sign-in and sign-out procedures.

Depending on your location, various bike, trail, and swim camps are now available for day camps for kids. To learn more, please visit their site.

Cabins are organized by age and campers can join with a group of friends or make new ones from across the country.

The camp hosts camp-wide Super Shows twice per day, including virtual magic shows, story hours, movement classes, dance parties, award ceremonies, and more, to give a holistic summer camp experience and build the Supernow community. To learn more, please visit their site.
